We respond to all messages within one business day. If you reach out on Friday evening, expect to hear from us Monday. If it's urgent, mention that in your message and we'll prioritize it.
Yes, but real-time support works better through the chat function during the live session. For pre-webinar tech questions, email us at least 24 hours before the event starts so we can troubleshoot properly.
We do, but it depends on the webinar and group size. Send us details about your team and which sessions interest you. We'll work out pricing that makes sense for both of us.
Absolutely. We plan sessions based on what people need. If enough people request the same topic, we'll build it into our schedule. No guarantees on timing, but we track all requests.
Contact us as soon as you know. If it's more than 48 hours before the session, we can usually move you to another date or issue a refund. Last-minute cancellations are harder to accommodate.
